Easter 2008

Easter day was a pretty small affair as far as family gatherings go. It is normally the smallest of the holidays, but this year it was a lot quieter since my cousin with the 5 kids didn't come. We still did an egg hunt for the couple little kids, making sure to only put the eggs out right before the hunt was to begin, to ensure that the plastic or the contents inside did not melt in the 95 degree sun!

Yes, it was indeed a hot Easter Sunday. You would've thought it was mid-July, not still March! Though small, it was still nice, and who doesn't like coming home with a nice stack of Girl Scout cookies and Easter candy! Mmmm Cadbury Creme Eggs!!
