Got Soy Milk?

The other night I was picking up a few things at the grocery store and went to stand in line. I don’t normally pay much attention to what other people are buying, but the guy in front of me stood out as a bit unusual.

His entire purchase consisted of: 16 large bottles of soy milk. Nothing else. Just lots and lots of soy milk.

So now I have to wonder what he’s going to do with all of it, why he needed so much at one time, and why he bought it late at night.

Does anyone else find it a bit strange?

more details would help. was it just a hard-to-find brand? if it was edensoy that stuff is so damn good, maybe he’s addicted. if it was silk the mystery deepens.

I’ve known poor and homeless people who live off of soy milk and eat cereal with it when they can afford it. Because, like the mystery that is ParmalatTM, it doesn’t require refrigeration.

You know, I can’t remember the brand. I don’t buy soy milk, so I don’t immediately identify what kind it is. It was in mostly blue containers though. I don’t think it was edensoy though.

And homeless is a possibility though I don’t think the guy looked it, and 16 containers would be a lot to carry around with you. Although, I suppose he could’ve been buying to give to/share with others.

Or, he does indeed really like fencing.
