I am seriously feeling uninspired in the gift-giving department this year. Actually, it’s beyond that—I don’t have a clue what to get anybody for Christmas.

I’ve bought exactly one gift so far, and that was done online, without having to leave the comforts of home. What do you get for family members, anyway? The coolest gifts purchased for my parents were joint ones given by me and my sister—like the DVD player and some starter DVDs, or the upgrade to the DVR satellite dish. But now they have all the cool stuff, so now what??

Not to mention my sister is like me and totally unhelpful in the idea department.

“What do you want?”

“I dunno.”

Great.

Actually, I could probably think of a list of things I WANT, but I have a feeling they all fall under the “Yea right, in your dreams” category. Hence I wind up saying that I don’t know what I want. Perhaps the same is holding true for my loved ones.

Only a little more than 2 weeks left to shop. This means that whenever I decide to go shopping, the stores will be completely mobbed. Yippee.
