After the summer-like Christmas we had, Mother Nature has decided to bring back the winter weather. For the last two days it has been raining a lot, with pretty strong winds.

In my new place, the windows don’t close all the way, so whenever it is really windy some of the air comes into my room. It blows the curtain around a bit and makes windy sounds, which is sometimes a little disconcerting. Luckily it doesn’t seem like the rain gets through the crack, which is good news for all my computer stuff.

Power went out in some area of SB today, though surprisingly not in my old Victorian house. Unfortunately work is another place that still has power, so here I am! I think I’d rather be under an electric blanket with my new space heater that I got from my mom for Christmas!
