Last night I went with Steve to his company’s holiday party. It was one of those deals where everyone dresses up really nice. Given that my selection of super nice outfits is limited, I wore the outfit I bought for Melany’s wedding.

Luckily my hair was deciding to cooperate, although it probably had something to do with the fact that I spent 5 times longer on it than I normally do.

The event itself was fine. I found food items to eat, we danced, had some drinks, and I had the distinct honor of being the hottest female there, so that rocked. I think some old guy hit on me, but I’m not sure. At any rate, he was probably hoping I came alone, in which case I had to crush his hopes.

Today it has been all rainy and super super windy. It seems to have died down a little, but this Victorian house I live in makes some weird noises when it’s windy, although I think it’s just like doors thumping a little from the wind pushing on them.
