On Saturday my grandma also made me a wonderful birthday dinner comprised of breaded turkey, fried potatoes, and rolls (ok, so not super healthy, but really, really good!)

Not everything about the weekend went picture perfect however.

On Saturday night I put on my pajamas and crawled into bed, prepared to do a bit of web surfing before drifting off to sleep. My legs felt a little itchy so I pulled back the covers to find several ants in my sheets! I then discovered that they were all over my pants and IN MY PANTS! EWWW.

So I of course took the pants off and attempted to remove all the ants from the bed and clothing. They were apparently all marching in a line along the carpet, but it was impossible to tell where they were coming from or where they were going. My mom sucked them up in the vacuum, although they made a reappearance the next night when I foolishly believed it was safe to leave my clothes on the ground.

Blech.

But ok, I did take off the pants, and THEN removed the ants. How was I supposed to remove them when they were IN the pants? I wasn't going to kill them on me. Oh and I also had to remove them from the bed.
