So Far, So Good
My first week has been good so far. I’ve learned a bunch of stuff—how much I remember on my own when I have to do it without supervision remains to be seen. :)
The best part about this week though is that I learned how much food circulates through the company! There’s been building-wide lunches, pizza lunches, ice cream socials, and best of all—Donut Wednesdays! Apparently, every Wednesday, one of the editors brings in donuts—sweet! :)
So yeah, one more day to go, and then I will have successfully made it through my first week. I wonder how long it will take before I remember who anyone is, and they start expecting me to know stuff…

I found you through Angela’s site. Thought I’d say hi, since I notice that you’re an UCSB alum. My husband and I both went there (although we’re, ahem, a bit older than you). Good luck with your new job!
