I can’t believe it’s still only Saturday and that I still have one more day of the weekend to enjoy. I think this is because the University had Friday off (although I forgot and still set my alarm…doh!). The weather has been gorgeous, if a bit windy at times, but still nice enough for me to enjoy it.

I even got outside a bit yesterday, if you can believe it! I drove up to campus and then walked down to the beach access in IV. My main goal of the day was to find subjects for the Photo Friday theme of Neglect. If there is any place that has lots of neglected things, IV is it! I took pictures of various things—some for the Neglect theme, and others that I may be able to use for future themes

Overall it was nice because it was warm enough, the sun was shining, the sky was blue, and there were hardly any people around due to it being Spring Break. I got to spend an hour walking around by the beach—something I never do, despite its close proximity to my home. I think I take it for granted, and I should try to get out more often.
