Sweet Olive

Last week a coworker asked me if I wear perfume. I said no, and we then determined that the scent she was detecting came from my shampoo. She thought that I smelled like sweet olive, but I was using Herbal Essences Fruit shampoo, which to my knowledge contains no olive.

To make it even weirder, she came up behind me this morning, grabbed my hair, and smelled it! Apparently she REALLY loves that smell, and it reminds her of New Orleans. The weirdest part though, is that I got a new shampoo after I got my haircut—a product identical to Biolage, which smells totally different from Herbal Essences.

Maybe she is just smelling the chemicals from the highlights, or every shampoo has a “sweet olive” smell, but still….it’s kinda weird, don’t you think?

Hmm..that is strange! I have to admit though-I LOVE the smell of shampoo!! I really do!

You know, you might just have to take a trip to New Orleans just to see, no wait, smell for yourself what your co-worker is talking about!!!

You should just sock her once in the stomach and then uppercut her. That’ll show her what’s up. Make sure it’s right as her nose is in your hair so she won’t see your fists of fury closing in.

My friend Kimmi always had the best smelling hair. I think she may have used herbal essences, but it’s been a while since those high school days when, yes, me and others would randomlygrab he rhair for a wiff. It was intoxicating. LOL!
