Ok, so I know most people posted about this stuff last week, but hey, I had to be sure.

I didn't really care about the J.Lo-Ben Affleck wedding, but damn, how cool would it have been if I could crash it?? The wedding was supposed to take place in the Santa Barbara area yesterday--none of the news media seemed able to settle on exactly which location--the Bacara, the Biltmore, Montecito, etc. Then, the couple decided to postpone their nuptials, citing too much publicity. I still had my hopes that this was just a ruse to throw people off, and that I'd still get to see some famous people.

But that was not to be. Yesterday various media outlets announced that not only has the wedding been postponed, but the couple have broken up! When Football announcers decide to take time away from players' stats and mention gossip, and CNN.com lists it on its front page, you know it's big news!

So alas, no wedding. All of us SB people didn't get the opportunity to walk down State Street and run into some of Hollywood's A-List. How tragic! ;)

I have had a little interest in this whole "Bennifer" thing since the start. Ben is a Boston Boy so I guess I kind of had to but wow, front page news on cnn.com and football announcers mentioning the whole thing, I guess I should have had a little more interest in it all...lol

I'm sorry you didn't get to catch any celeb sitings, I would have had a field day with that!!!

LOL I dunno, whaddya think? Think it's over, or just a ruse to get the press away from them for a bit?

And yea...well I probably wasn't really going to stalk the wedding, but running into stars would be cool. :)

Liar! you had a tent, a new dress, a map and a small gun all ready! Youre just trying to throw other stalkers off the path by placing these false reports, i know it!

Last week when they announced that they postponed the wedding due to the media I thought for sure it was just a stunt to ensure privacy at the wedding. Now that I think about it, when does J-Lo not want attention?! That there makes me want to think that it really is over. They really did not look cute together anyways...but what do I know! :p
